Matson at Vintana project in Naples, FL involved the installation and improvement of the sites underground utility systems. The storm system combined new piping, catch basins, and an underground storm-tech chamber system designed to store and manage stormwater below the surface for improved drainage and flood control. New sanitary sewer lines, manholes, and service connections were installed to convey wastewater to the main sewer system (Lift/Grinder station). Domestic water lines were installed throughout the site, including all required valves, connections, testing and certifications to ensure reliable operation. A dedicated underground fire protection system was also added, complete with piping, valves, fire hydrants, and required testing. Portions of the utilities were stationed using directional boring to minimize surface disruption. All work was finalized in accordance with the project plans and specifications, including excavation, backfilling, coordination with other trades, and a final site restoration.
